Mount Saint Mary Athletics Hall of Fame
LaSheena had a standout career with the Knights, leading the women's basketball team to an impressive 98-17 (.852) overall record and a 51-3 mark (.944) against Skyline Conference opponents. LaSheena was a part of four Skyline Conference Championship teams and played on four NCAA Tournament teams, including the 2004-05 squad that posted a 27-2 overall record, advancing to the second round of the national tournament and earning the top ranking in the Atlantic Region.

Individually, LaSheena was named the Skyline Conference Player of the Year following the 2005-06 season, also earning Second Team All-Region honors from D3hoops.com and ECAC Metro Division Player of the Year honors. LaSheena was made an All-Skyline Conference selection in three of her four seasons and landed on the D3Hoops.com All-Region team twice in her career.
In the career rankings at Mount Saint Mary, LaSheena still holds several career and individual rebounding records. She holds the mark for career rebounds (905), single season rebounds (325) in 2005-06, rebounds per game in a single season (11.1) in 2005-06 and career rebounding average at 8.3

Among the many accolades over the course of her career, LaSheena lists holding the all-time rebounding record and her 1,210 career points and important achievements. She also lists the Knights' 69-49 home win over top-ranked Scranton on January 22, 2007 as a proud moment as a student-athlete at Mount Saint Mary.

Upon graduation from the Mount, LaSheena received her Master's Degree in Sports Management and worked as the manager of athletic equipment at Adelphi University for four years where she also served as the Co-Advisor for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

Currently, LaSheena works at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in New York City and is engaged to be married on January 17, 2016.
