NEWBURGH, N.Y. – The Mount Saint Mary College women's volleyball team officially announced its schedule for the 2026 season Wednesday afternoon.
The Knights open the 2026 season with a home scrimmage against SUNY New Paltz on Saturday, August 22, at the Kaplan Center.
Mount Saint Mary officially begins the regular season on September 1 with a road match at Albertus Magnus before returning home for four consecutive dates, including a pair of tri-matches. The home opener is set for September 5 against Pratt, followed by Hunter College on September 8. The Knights then host a tri-match on September 12, taking on The City College of New York at 11:00 a.m. before facing Western Connecticut State at 3:00 p.m.
The Mount travels to Lehman College on September 16 before returning to the Kaplan Center for another home tri-match on September 19. Mount Saint Mary will welcome Ramapo College and Centenary University for matches at 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., respectively.
The Knights then embark on a five-match road swing beginning with a tri-match at the University of Hartford on September 26, where they will also face Amherst College. After a midweek non-conference matchup at Bard College on September 29, the Mount heads to Worcester, Massachusetts, on October 3 for a tri-match against Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Clark University.
Skyline Conference play begins on October 7 when Mount Saint Mary hosts Yeshiva. The Knights are a perfect 14-0 all-time against the Maccabees and have yet to drop a set in the series. Two days later, the Mount welcomes Mount Saint Vincent, looking to extend its four-match winning streak over the Dolphins.
The Knights hit the road on October 13 to face four-time defending Skyline Champion Manhattanville. Mount Saint Mary will look for its first victory over the Valiants since September 19, 2012. The Mount then returns home to host St. Joseph's Long Island in a rematch of each of the last two Skyline Conference First Round matchups.
Road conference play resumes with contests at Farmingdale State on October 17 and St. Joseph's Brooklyn on October 21. The Knights earned their first win over the Rams since 2015 last season and own a perfect 10-0 all-time record against the Bears.
The final stretch of the regular season alternates between home and away matches, beginning with Merchant Marine on October 23. Mount Saint Mary is seeking its first victory over the Mariners since the programs first met in 2021. The Knights then travel to Maritime on October 27, carrying a perfect 21-0 record against the Privateers.
Purchase visits the Kaplan Center on October 29, where the Knights will look to improve to 10-0 all-time against the Panthers. The regular season's final road match comes on October 31 at Old Westbury, a team the Mount has swept in each of the past three seasons.
Mount Saint Mary closes out the regular season at home on November 4 against Sarah Lawrence. After opening the all-time series with 12 consecutive victories, the Knights will look to snap a three-match skid against the Gryphons.
The 2026 Skyline Conference Championship begins with first-round action on Tuesday, November 10, followed by the semifinals on Thursday, November 12, and the championship match on Saturday, November 14.
