Newburgh, N.Y. – Making its sixth straight appearance in the Skyline Conference Championship game, the Mount Saint Mary College Women's Soccer team looks for its first conference crown in program history on Saturday when it welcomes St. Joseph's-L.I. to Newburgh. At A Glance: Mount Saint Mary is back in the conference final for the sixth straight year after topping Mount Saint Vincent in the Opening Round 4-0 and advancing past Sage on penalty kicks 2-0 after playing the Gators to a 1-1 draw.

Melissa Guillemette (Branford, Conn.) leads the Knights heading into Saturday's contest with 11 goals and 24 points, with freshman
Maeve O'Sullivan (Garden City Park, N.Y.) sitting second on the team in goals with six and fourth in points with 13.
Melissa Maini (Massapequa Park, N.Y.) and Jaqueline Davis (Islip Terrance, N.Y.) each enter the championship game with 14 points on the strength of five goals and four assists.

Alaina Neddermann (Prospect, Conn.) leads the Mount with eight assists on the season, with sophomore
Destiny Ribadeneyra (Maybrook, N.Y.) handing out seven assists through Thursday's semifinal at Sage.
Sophomore
Mary Riley (Newburgh, N.Y.) has played every team minute in goal for the Knights thus far, a total of 2,000:01. She has made 84 saves for the Knights and holds a 0.94 goals against average and a .800 save percentage. Against Mount Saint Vincent in the Opening Round, Riley set the program's single season and career shutout record with her 11
th and 20
th, respectively.
Head Coach: In her second year at the helm of the Women's Soccer program at Mount Saint Mary,
BreLynn Nasypany has posted a 28-11-3 overall record and a stellar 16-1-1 mark against league rivals. Nasypany has guided the Knights back to the Skyline Conference Tournament for the ninth straight season and has the Mount in the title game for the sixth consecutive season in 2015.
Nasypany was tabbed the 2015 Skyline Conference Coach of the Year after leading the Knights to a share of the regular season crown for the second time in her career with the Mount.
Nasypany took over the program in Newburgh after serving as an assistant coach at William Smith in 2013. The Herons won the 2013 National Title, with the coaching staff earning Division III and Liberty League Coaching Staff of the Year honors.
At standout player at William Smith, Nasypany was named First Team All-Liberty League four times and the Liberty League Rookie of the Year in 2007. Nasypany went on to be named the league's Player of the Year in 2008 and was made a NSCAA First Team All-American selection in both 2008 and 2010.
A Look At St. Joseph's-L.I. – The Golden Eagles enter Saturday's game with an 8-9-2 overall record, advancing past Farmingdale State in the semifinal round on penalty kicks.
Chelsea Bellini leads St. Joseph's with 25 points on a team-high 12 goals and one assist. Claire Brady has 16 points entering Saturday's game, scoring six times and helping on four other goals. Jessica Cordano leads the team with seven assists and has recorded 15 points.
Katie McGarrell has played 1,738:02 of a possible 1,754:09 in goal for the Golden Eagles and has made 93 saves. She has a .782 save percentage and a 1.35 goals against average in 19 games played.
Skyline Conference Honors: On Monday, the Skyline Conference announced its 2015 All-League selections, with six Knights earning recognition. Guillemette, Maini and Ribadeneyra landed on the First Team and
Nicole Cavallo,
Bridget McKeever (Wallkill, N.Y.) and Riley earned Second Team honors.
The 2015 Matchup: Mount Saint Mary scored a 1-0 home win over St. Joseph's on September 19, starting a six game unbeaten streak for the Knights. Cavallo scored the deciding goal in the game in the 14
th minute off a pass from
Gina Sargente (Warwick N.Y.).
The Knights finished the game with a 17-7 advantage in overall shots and an 8-2 edge in shots on goal. Riley made two saves in the game for Mount Saint Mary, earning one of her 11 shutouts on the season. McGarrell closed the game with seven stops for St. Joseph's.
The Series: Since the start of the 1999 season, St. Joseph's has won 12 of the 22 meetings with the Knights heading into Saturday's championship game. The Golden Eagles won 11 straight from 2001 until a 2-1 overtime win by the Knights in 2009.
Including a 2-0 Skyline Conference Tournament win in 2010, the Knights have been victorious in each of the last seven meetings.
How The Got Here: The Knights scored at 4-0 Opening Round win over Mount Saint Vincent and advanced to the final on penalty kicks after playing Sage to a 1-1 draw on the road.
St. Joseph's posted a 5-0 Opening Round win over Old Westbury and eliminated top-seeded Farmingdale State on penalty kicks after the game ended in a scoreless draw.
