Newburgh, N.Y. – The Mount Saint Mary College Men's Lacrosse team plays its first of nine home games during the 2017 season Tuesday afternoon when it plays host to Marywood. Face-off at Kaplan Field is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. with Live Stats available for those who cannot attend the game.

Danny Kugler (Wappingrers Falls, N.Y.).
Junior
Tristan Earle (Millrift, Pa.) led the scoring attack for the Mount with five tallies, while classmate
Dylan De Meo (Franklin Square, N.Y.) posted three goals and four assists, nabbing Skyline Conference Player of the Week honors.
Kugler finished up with his first four goals of the season, with
Sean Jennings (Hopewell Junction, N.Y.) joining De Meo with a team-high four groundballs.
Christopher Doerr (Pleasantville, N.Y.) rounded out the game with 13 stops in goal for the Knights.
Scouting The Pacers: Marywood comes to town at 2-1 overall and is coming off of back-to-back wins over Wilkes (10-6) and St. Mary's-Maryland (9-8). Against St. Mary's in its last outing, Marywood got 20 saves in goal from Vinny Biancardi and four points each from Matt Casto and Zach Beja.
Through three games in 2017, Casto leads the Pacers' scoring attack with team-highs in goals (6), assists (4) and points (10) to go along with seven groundballs. Riley Litman leads the team in groundballs with 12 and has gone 32-for-60 on face-offs heading into Tuesday's tilt.
Biancardi has started all three games in the cage and holds a .615 save percentage and an 8.93 goals against average. Half of his team-high 40 saves came against St. Mary's and he's added four groundballs and a caused turnover.
Recent History: The two programs have met just once prior to Tuesday, with Marywood posting a 15-1 win in Scranton, Pa. on March 26, 2011.
What's Next: The Knights play their second straight home game on Saturday afternoon when they welcome Cazenvoia to Newburgh. Face-off against the Wildcats is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
