Box Score NEWBURGH, N.Y. - Montclair State University, the defending champions of the Skyline Conference, defeated Mount Saint Mary College by a final score of 20-0 on Saturday in the conference opener for both teams. The Red Hawks improve to 5-3 overall, while the Knights drop back to 3-4.
The Red Hawks started fast and never looked back. Junior Sam Morrissey (Hackettstown, N.J.) scored two goals in the first quarter as Montclair jumped out to a 6-0 advantage. Senior Jack Skeels (Roseland, N.J.) added two second quarter tallies as the Red Hawks took an 11-0 lead at the half. The visitors added four goals in the third period and five more in the fourth to wrap up the 20-0 win.
Morrissey finished with four goals and four assists, while sophomore Michael Jevic (Voorhees, N.J.) added four goals and an assist.

Andrew Pullen (Farmingdale, N.Y.) led the Knights with five shots. Junior
Stephen White (Schenectady, N.Y.) went 8-for-18 on faceoffs.
