NEWBURGH, N.Y. - The Mount Saint Mary College women's volleyball team made quick work of Yeshiva University on Monday evening, defeating the Maccabees in straigh sets (25-13, 25-11, 25-11). The Knights improved to 19-9 overall and completed their second consecutive perfect regular season inside the Skyline Conference (9-0).

finished as the team leader in kills with eight. Junior
Lauren Halverson (Patchogue, N.Y.) passed out 18 assists in two sets, while freshman
Samantha Sagendorph (Bellmore, N.Y.) added 11 assists in two sets. Freshman
Katie Lynch (Island Park, N.Y.) led the Knights with 11 digs.
The Knights will host the Skyline Conference semifinals and championship match on Saturday, November 5. Mount Saint Mary will compete in the first semifinal at 11:00 a.m. with the second semifinal to follow at 1:30 p.m. The championship match is set for 5:00 p.m.
