NEWBURGH, NY – On Wednesday afternoon, Director of Athletics Shane Bell announced
Victor Reich as the interim head softball coach.
"I'm thrilled to be part of this great college and incredible team. My goal is to build a culture of excellence, where every player feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential. As a team, we'll strive for success both on and off the field. I would like thank Shane Bell and
Samantha Howe for giving me this opportunity".

Bell had this to say about the hire of Reich as the new softball head coach:
"I am excited to elevate
Victor Reich to be our Interim Head Softball Coach. In the time Victor has been in our program as an Assistant Coach, I've been impressed by his ability to connect with our student-athletes both on and off the field. Victor is an excellent teacher of the game and has extensive knowledge of club softball in the Hudson Valley. The MSMC Softball program has a storied history and I'm looking forward to seeing Coach Reich make his mark on the program. GO KNIGHTS!"
