The Mount Saint Mary Knights were back at Kaplan Field on Tuesday night, hosting the Maritime College Privateers for their third conference game of the season. The Knights would score the first of the game's combined six goals in the 29th minute, when Knights freshman Guilherme Martins scored his first career goal on an assist from fellow freshman Noah Christian. The Knights would hold the 1-0 advantage until just before halftime, when Privateers sophomore Finn Richmond scored the equalizer on an assist from sophomore Carson Sadler. The game would head into halftime tied at one.

Exactly as in the first half, the Knights would also start the scoring in the second half. Knights junior William Zelaya found the back of the net just six minutes removed from the break (51st minute total), netting an assist from freshman Isaac Vargas to give the Mount a 2-1 lead. The lead would not last for long, as the Privateers answered right back in the 63rd minute. Carson Sadler, who picked up an assist in the first half, scored on a rebound to tie the game at 2-2. The game would stay tied at two apiece until the closing minutes, when the Privateers took a 3-2 lead in the 86th minute on a Knights own-goal when a Mount Saint Mary clearing attempt ended up deflected into their own net. Despite the mishap, the Knights played on, scoring a beauty of a goal on a set piece to tie the game in the 88th minute. Knights freshman Isaiah de la Espriella sent off a corner kick, and freshman Brady Patrick scored on a header to send the crowd into a frenzy. Patrick's goal would be the final one of the shootout, and the game ended in a 3-3 draw.

The Knights, still unbeaten in conference play, will take the field again this Saturday when they host Mount Saint Vincent at 1:00 pm.
