Mount Saint Mary College women's basketball celebrated Senior Day with its lone senior,
Brianna Guglielmo.
Sara Cashin got the scoring going for the Knights with the short pull-up jumper. Each team traded baskets before a three from
Maggie Trinkaus and a jumper from Guglielmo gave the Mount a 9-4 lead. The Knights would eventually go on a 10-1 run before a three from the Dolphins rounded out the quarter.
Angelina Donato would knock down a couple of free throws at the start of the second, but the Mount struggled this quarter, not making a shot until 1:47 left. They shot just 3-19 from the field and 0-9 from three, as
Angelina Donato single-handedly scored 7 of the team's 9 points in the quarter. The Knights were able to head into the half tied, 28-28, in a low-scoring battle with Mount Saint Vincent.
The Dolphins would take the lead to open up the third, though
Brianna Guglielmo would respond to a hot start from UMSV with a three-pointer. Guglielmo scored 9 of her team-high 17 points in the quarter, helping the Knights to outscore Mount Saint Vincent 18-13.

Sara Cashin on the fastbreak to take back the lead as part of a 9-0 run to put Mount Saint May up 42-37.
The Knights would lead 46-41 with just 10 minutes remaining in this one, with the team needing a strong fourth to come away with the Skyline win and clinch a top-three seed in the postseason tournament.
Sara Cashin would score inside, then find
Maggie Trinkaus for an open three to put the Knights up 8. Trinkaus made just 3 threes in the first 18 games this season, but has made 6 in the last 5 games, shooting 50.0%.
Angelina Donato did a great job facilitating down the stretch, finishing the game with 8 assists and helping the Knights pull away with a 67-53 win.
