NEWBURGH, N.Y. – Senior midfielder/fogo Bobby DeSantis of the men's lacrosse team and junior attacker Shannon McGowan of the women's lacrosse team have been named this week's Knights of the Week.
 
DeSantis had the best game of his career in his final collegiate game, breaking the single-season program record for ground balls with 111. He had career-highs in ground balls with 14 and faceoff wins going 16 of 19 in the faceoff circle. DeSantis also scored a goal in the Knights 8-7 overtime win at St. Joseph's Long Island.

McGowan became the record holder for most points in a season in program history after her career-best 7 goal, 3 assist performance in a playoff clinching win at Manhattanville. She followed this up with a 6 goal, 5 assist game against Mount Saint Vincent to finish the regular season with 99 points, beating the previous record of 83 points.
