NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Mount Saint Mary College track & field teams competed in the Wilton Wright Outdoor Invitational Saturday afternoon.
Men's
Senior
Jordan Wallace competed in the 100-meter, placing 18th with a time of 11.68 seconds.
Senior
Michael Gillespie raced in the 400-meter, finishing 33rd at 57.33 seconds.
Freshman
Robert Port placed 37th in the 100-meter with a time of 12.08 seconds.
Freshman
Damoy Barker participated in the Shot Put and Discus events, placing 35th in Shot Put with a distance of 9.09m and placing 41st in Discus with a distance of 24.90m.
Women's
Junior
Maria Baldwin placed 7th in the 400-meter with a time of 1:05.64.
Freshman
Michaela Stack raced in the 1500-meter placing 12th with a time of 6:19.80.
Junior
Sarah Kannenberg placed 15 in the 1500-meter with a time of 6:24.79.
Junior
Lily O'Brien finished 7th in the High Jump with a height of 1.45-meters on her second attempt. She also placed 18th in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 18.95 seconds and 20th in the Long Jump with a distance of 4.66m.
Sophomore
Faith Welsh came in 13th in the Javelin throw with a distance of 20.95-meters.
Freshman
Christina Oquendo competed in the 100-meter with a time of 15.75 seconds.
The Knights next meet will be at the Skyline Conference Championship at Farmingdale State College on Sunday, April 27th, at 10:00 am.
