NEWBURGH, N.Y. – Graduate Jackson Lerner of the men's swim team and junior Grace MacHugh of the women's swim team have been named this week's Knights of the Week. MacHugh was also named Skyline Conference Women's Swimmer of the Week this week.
 
Lerner picked up a first-place finish in the 50-yard freestyle at a time of 24.82, and second in the 100-yard butterfly (59.40). On Senior Day he won the meet's first individual event, the 1000-yard freestyle, with a time of 13:03.75. He went on to win the 50-yard freestyle (24.34) and the 100-yard freestyle (54.69).
 
MacHugh had six first-place finishes this week. On Thursday against Bard College, she finished first in the 200-yard freestyle (2:15.99), 200-yard individual medley (2:32.67) and 100-yard breaststroke (1:17.86). She followed this performance up on Senior day winning the 200-yard individual medley (2:26.82), 100-yard butterfly (1:10.21), and the 100-yard breaststroke (1:15.52).
