Newburgh, NY- In a hard-fought battle, the Mount Saint Mary College Knights faced off against the formidable Farmingdale State College Rams at the Kaplan Center. Though the Knights displayed remarkable effort, the Rams ultimately claimed victory.
The Rams secured the win with set scores of 25-22, 25-15, 25-15.  Despite the outcome, the Knights never backed down. In particular, they showcased strong defensive efforts, totaling 33 digs throughout the match.
Jonaiya Williams led the offensive charge with 13 kills.
The Knights' next game is scheduled for Tuesday, the 31st, at 7:00 pm against the College of Mount Saint Vincent. Head Coach
Mike Strano and the team are looking to bounce back from this defeat and focus on making the post-season for the Skyline Conference.
