New York, NY- Looking to improve their standing in the Skyline Conference the Knights traveled south to Manhattan for their match against the Yeshiva University Maccabees.   Mount Saint Mary College Knights delivered a resounding victory against Yeshiva with set scores of 25-11, 26-24, and 25-15, winning the match in three straight sets.

Key Highlights:

• Jonaiya Williams led the offensive charge with 19 kills, boasting an impressive .529 hitting percentage.

• Erin Lema played a crucial role with 8 kills and exceptional defensive efforts, accumulating 17 digs.

• The Knights outperformed Yeshiva in every aspect of the game, with a total of 36 kills and 7 blocks.

"Our whole team did a good job of taking care of the ball. Yeshiva did a good job on defense and made us earn out points.  We have a lot of respect for their team to play so hard despite what is happening in Israel,"  Said Coach Strano after the match.

With this win under their belt, the Mount Saint Mary College Knights are gearing up for their next challenge. They will face Farmingdale State College on Thursday at 6:00 PM, aiming to maintain their winning momentum and continue their strong performance in the Skyline Conference.
