Knights Lose on the Road

Purchase, N.Y.- In a hard-fought soccer match, Mount Saint Mary College (MSMC) faced off against Manhattanville on today. Despite a valiant effort, MSMC fell to Manhattanville 2-0.*

Today's game was a tough one for the Knights with both teams seeing many chances on net.  With a combined total of 34 shots, Caesar Martinez of MSMC made seven saves and did a great job keeping his team in the match.

Manhattanville broke the deadlock at the 53:21-minute mark with a goal and later added a second goal for at the 70:30-minute mark, .

Mount Saint Mary College fought hard but couldn't find the back of the net. They will look to bounce back in their next game Tuesday at 7pm vs St. Joseph's University Brooklyn.
