The Knights got all the scoring they would need over a five-minute stretch early in the first half on Saturday. Doyle got the scoring started in the 14th minute when he banged home his own rebound at 13:36 for his team leading ninth goal of the season and Dolan followed that up with his seventh marker of the season at 18:14 off a feed from Ramirez to give the Knights a quick 2-0 lead.

The Knights finished the opening 45 minutes with the two-goal advantage and outshot the visitors 14-9 to go along with a 2-1 first half advantage in corner kicks.

Coming out of the intermission, the Mount spread its lead to three goals in the 51st minute and then struck twice in 36 seconds in to open up a commanding 5-0 goal advantage. Ramirez started the second half scoring barrage with his second off the year off a feed from Ismael Bravo (Middletown, N.Y.) at 50:12 before Doyle and Dolan each scored for the second time in the game. Doyle finished off a feed from Joseph Mesoraca (Oceanside, N.Y.) at 58:53 before Doyle banged home a pass from Ramirez at 59:29.

Sarah Lawrence cut the deficit to four goals with a Humza Obaid marker in the 64th minute, but the Mount responded just over 10 minutes later to finish off the scoring in the game. Matt Wyant (Beacon, N.Y.) found the back of the net for the eighth time in 2019 at the 74:41 mark of the contest off a feed from Zidan Douglas (Middletown, N.Y.) to give the Knights the final five goal advantage.
