Box Score NEWBURGH, N.Y.-  The Mount Saint Mary College women's volleyball team came out strong on Monday evening taking the first of four sets, the Hunter College Hawks responded by taking the next three (25-21, 19-25, 23-25, 18-25). The Knights fall to 4-12 as the Hawks move to 5-6, overall.

Mount junior Natalie Candarelli (Cortlandt Manor, N.Y.) and sophomore Kaitlin O'Brien (Staten Island, N.Y.) led the Knights each recording 10 kills. O'Brien also contributed 18 digs. Junior Katie Lynch (Island Park, N.Y.) followed with 9 kills and sophomore Jen Gries (Hicksville, N.Y.) stayed strong on defense documenting 21 digs.

The Knights return to action on Saturday, September 28 when they host a Tri-Math at home against Montclair State University and Lehman College. Game times are set for 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
