Sean Lockwood (Manahawkin, N.J.) tallied a hat trick to lead the Knights past Mount Saint Vincent, 7-2, in a Skyline Conference contest. With the win the Mount improves to 5-4 overall and 2-0 in conference play, while the Dolphins drop to 2-3-1 on the year and 0-2 in the Skyline.

Alex Tolman (Poughkeepsie, N.Y.) extended his scoring streak to three games as he struck first for the Knights in the 16th minute. Junior
Brandon Mincher (Bayport, N.Y.) sent a through ball ahead to Tolman, who then beat a defender and Mount Saint Vincent goalkeeper Barkel Foster.

Matt Darling (Staatsburg, N.Y.) resulted in a goal by Mount Saint Vincent senior Joseph Rosado (Highland Falls, N.Y.) in the 54th minute of play. Lockwood responded for the Knights, as he directed a ball with his body into the back of the net less than a minute later to move the score to 5-1.
Rosado added his second of the night in the 70th minute with a long arching strike from 25 yards out that beat Darling's reach. The Dolphins would not get closer than three, as Lockwood completed the hat trick to put the Knights back up by four. Lockwood received the ball with his back to the net, turned and fired the ball over the goalkeeper to put the Knights up 6-2. With just 12 seconds remaining, freshman
Michael Ennis (Carmel, N.Y.) scored his first career goal, dribbling down and shooting from the left side to account for the Knights seventh and final goal of the game.
The Knights held a commanding 31-3 advantage in shots throughout the game. Darling finished with one save, while Foster and freshman Juan Alatriste (Spring Valley, N.Y.) combined for four saves.
