Mount Saint Mary College Athletics

Senior Opeyemi Ifafore closed out her collegiate career with a bang, setting one new record and placing highly in five different events. She took second in the hammer throw with a toss of 37.28 meters, a new Mount record. She took second in the 100-meter dash with a time of 13.55 seconds. She finished first in the discus throw with a distance of 35.91 meters. She also took the top spot in the shot put with a toss of 11.19 meters. She capped off her day by anchoring the women's 4x100 relay team to a third-place finish.
