Freshman Stat Willand posted the clinching victory for Mount Saint Mary College in the Skyline Conference semifinals on Friday, April 29. With the match against St. Joseph's tied at 4-4, Willand rallied from a first set hole to win a dramatic three-set match at third singles, 6-7 (5-7), 7-6 (7-4), 7-5. The win sent the Knights to the Skyline championship, where they were defeated by Farmingdale State College.
