Mount Saint Mary College Athletics

Freshman Nicole Petkevicius had a hand in both game-winning runs on Saturday as the Knights claimed the ECAC Metro Region tournament championship.  Petkevicius drew a bases loaded walk to force home the only run in a 1-0 win over Hunter in the opening game.  After reaching on an error, the freshman scored the only run during a 1-0 victory over Stockton in the winner's bracket final.
