Mount Saint Mary College Athletics

Junior Carlos Valdez scored a team-high 23 points and collected a game-high 16 rebounds to lead Mount Saint Mary College to a 98-86 victory over St. Joseph's-L.I. on Saturday.  Valdez hit on 9-of-12 attempts from the floor as the Knights knocked off the Golden Eagles, who were previously unbeaten in Skyline play.
