Personal: Son of Rosario and Theresa Puglisi. Has two siblings Christina and Victoria.

Before Mount Saint Mary: 21' NYSPHSAA State Champion and NYS Cup Champion. Placed 3rd at 22' Nationals in San Diego, California. Graduated from West Islip Senior High School in 2023. Member of the Mount Saint Mary junior varsity baseball team. Ambassador for P.S. I Love You Day Inc., a mental health awareness organization. Vincent is also a certified and trained lifeguard.
