Jerry Puccio enters his fourth season as an assistant coach for the Blue Knights in 2010.
A starter at third base for his entire career, Puccio played in 121 games for Mount Saint Mary. He had 101 hits for the Blue Knights and had a career on-base percentage of .373. During his senior year, Puccio hit .309 with five doubles and 22 runs batted in. He served as the team captain as was also named the Mount Saint Mary College Offensive Player of the Year.
Puccio graduated from the Mount in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in business. He recently completed his master's degree in business from the Mount in 2009. He is currently working as a sales representative for a local building supply company.
Originally from Brightwaters, New York, Puccio currently resides in Wallkill, New York.
