Jared D'Aleo rejoins the Mount Saint Mary College baseball program for his season season as an assistant coach.
D'Aleo played third base for the Blue Knights during 2003 and 2004. In 73 career games, D'Aleo posted a career batting average of .358. He still holds the Mount Saint Mary College record for doubles in a season with 15.
A Skyline Conference first team all-star in 2003, D'Aleo was a part of the last NCAA Regional team at the Mount. That same year, he was honored as an ECAC Division III Metro Region first team all-star, a Knickerbocker Conference first team all-star, and an ABCA/Rawlings New York Region second team all-star. D'Aleo was named to the Skyline Conference second team in 2004.
D'Aleo graduated from the Mount in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in history. He has since earned his master's degree in secondary education, finishing the program in 2006. D'Aleo is currently teaching social studies at LaGrange Middle School.
A native of LaGrange, New York, D'Aleo currently resides in Poughkeepsie, New York.
