Mount Saint Mary looked to build upon its momentum heading into another Skyline Conference matchup against St. Joseph's Brooklyn. The Knights had conceded just one goal in their previous nine matchups with the Bears and continued their dominance from the opening whistle, scoring two quick goals from
Isabella Milburn in the fifth and sixth minutes. Milburn was one of two Knights to record a hat trick, completing hers in just 13:47.
Katherine Edwards also found the back of the net three times in the opening half, recording not only her first-career goal, but her first three. Defender
Maureen Seipp added her first-career goal as the Mount built a 9-0 advantage heading into halftime.
It was all Mount Saint Mary throughout the contest, as the Knights outshot the Bears 47-0, including a 34-0 advantage in shots on goal. Nine different Knights found the back of the net, while
Devyn O'Malley was one of three players to record multiple goals, scoring her second of the game in the 60th minute off an assist from
Nadia Kiswani. The Mount added six more goals in the second half to cruise to a 15-0 victory over St. Joseph's Brooklyn. The win extended the Knights' winning streak to five games, marking their longest winning streak since 2019.
