Rapid Recap
Mount Saint Mary College hit the road looking to find some momentum, but the opening half proved to be a challenge as the Knights struggled to settle into an offensive rhythm. The Mount wouldn't get their first bucket until the 12:22 mark in the first half, as Anthony Marzziotti knocked down a three-pointer off the bench. Brenden Graham followed that up with a three of his own to make it 13-6, Farmingdale, as Graham has been shooting the ball well from beyond the arc lately. Conor Gemmill was solid down low for the Knights this half, scoring all 7 of his points in the first. Despite the effort, scoring came in short bursts, and the Knights found themselves playing from behind throughout the half, heading into the locker room trailing  33-18, with some hope after a slow start.

The second half saw a more aggressive Mount Saint Mary approach, as Matthew Walsh looked to push the pace and Graham continued to hunt shots on the perimeter. Justin Rivera provided a steady presence, finishing strong at the rim and helping keep the Knights competitive during the stretch. A 20-2 run from the Rams midway through the half helped them gain a massive lead, as they began to pull away. Mount Saint Mary continued to fight until the final buzzer, but would ultimately lose this one to Farmingdale State 89-40.
