Mount Saint Mary broke open a scoreless game in the 3rd scoring six runs. Tyler Crocitto's two-RBI single, Alex Nalewajk's RBI walk, and Frank Signorelli's three-RBI triple gave the Knights a 6-0 lead. They extended it to 10-0 in the 4th when Luke Barone crushed three-RBI homer and Crocitto scored on a wild pitch. Mount Saint Mary sealed the game in the 8th, scoring four runs, with Adam Leone's RBI walk, Van De Bogart's RBI walk, and Barone's two-RBI double triggering the mercy rule at 17-7. Peter Pappalardo closed out a scoreless 8th for the Knights to secure the win.
