In the second half the Knights were able to gain more momentum offensively getting a couple of chances by putting two shots on goal. The ball went back and forth the entire half as either team looked to break a defensive stalemate. Just before the 65th minute, Nazareth placed a shot in the bottom right of the goal to secure a two goal lead. The Knights tried to break through and put a goal on the board but the Golden Flyers defense was too strong. Nazareth would eventually win the game by a score of 2-0.
