Newburgh, N.Y. – Looking to extend a four-match winning streak, the Mount Saint Mary College Women's Volleyball team returns to action at the Kaplan Center on Saturday when it hosts league rival the College of Mount Saint Vincent at 11:00 a.m. and non-conference foe John Jay at 3:00 p.m. Live Stats and Video will be available for both matches for those who are unable to attend.
At A Glance: Following non-conference victories over Baruch and Delaware Valley last Saturday, Mount Saint Mary begins play Saturday morning with a 5-4 overall record and a 1-0 mark against Skyline Conference rivals.

Grace Riddle (Wantagh, N.Y.) leads the offensive attack for the Mount with 132 kills, averaging 4.26 per set, while hitting .280 through nine contests. With 40 kills over two matches last weekend, Riddle stands with 917 kills in her career and is just 76 shy of matching the career record in the category. Riddle also adds 18 aces, 112 digs and five total blocks for the Knights.
Erin Lema (Centereach, N.Y.) has started her collegiate career in strong fashion, ranking second on the team with 59 kills. Lema also ranks third in aces with 14 and adds 68 digs and six total blocks.
Krista Gross (East Northport, N.Y.) averages better than three digs per set for the Mount while
Sabrina Romano (Glen Cove, N.Y.) paces the Mount with nine total blocks.
Fran Cammarata (Carmel, N.Y.) is off to a strong start in 2022, averaging 7.00 assists per set to go along with six aces.
Weekly Honors: After averaging better than six kills per set over a 3-0 week, Riddle was named the Skyline Conference Player of the Week on Tuesday.
Scouting The Dolphins: Mount Saint Vincent comes to town on Saturday with a 1-1 overall record and a 1-0 mark in league playing following a loss to Drew and a straight set victory over Maritime on Wednesday.
Melanieann Broderick leads the offense with 30 kills and four aces through two matches while Elizabeth Flores supports the offense with 21 winners.
Isabella Garcia leads the team with 27 digs with Lydia Aryee handing out 30 assists, averaging an even five helpers per set.
Recent History: The long-time league rivals have met 16 times prior to Saturday since 2007 with the Knights holding a 12-8 record over that span. The two teams split a pair of five-set thrillers last season with the Knights taking a road decision on September 18, 2021 before the Dolphins scored a 3-2 victory in the First Round of the Skyline Conference Championship in Newburgh on November 2, 2021.
A Look At John Jay: The Bloodhounds enter play on Saturday at 5-1 overall and are coming off a sweep of CUNYAC rival Lehman on Tuesday.
Faith Harer is one of four players with at least 23 kills on the season, leading the way with 68 to go along with a team-high 19 service aces. Meghan Smith has handed out 150 assists, averaging just shy of eight helpers per set, and chips in 10 aces.
Kristin Gretener is good for 4.56 digs per set through six matches with Johnelle Pierre leading the way with eight total blocks.
