Knights picked fourth in Skyline Conference’s North Division

Newburgh, N.Y. – The Mount Saint Mary College Men's Basketball team begins play in the 2019-20 season on Monday, November 11 when it welcomes Western Connecticut to the Kaplan Center. Live Stats and Video are available for those who cannot attend the 7:00 p.m. tip-off.

At A Glance: Mount Saint Mary returns 85.8-percent of its scoring from the 2018-19 season, a team that finished the year 14-12 overall and earned a berth into the Skyline Conference Championship.

Senior Kendall Francis (Great Neck, N.Y.) is the only Knight that scored in double-figures a season ago, averaging 18.6 points per contest and the Mount is replacing only one starter, with the loss of Connor Bacci to graduation.

Backcourt: Francis highlights the Mount's backcourt after pouring in just under 19 points per game last season to go along with 4.3 rebounds per outing and 60 assists. Francis, A Second Team All-Skyline Conference performer last season, shot 41.9-percent the floor, 36.5-percent from three-point range and 79.1-percent from the free-throw line.

Mount Saint Mary also welcomes back Paul Sienke (Washington, D.C.) and Tristan Millett (Allentown, Pa.) who each started all 26 times last season. Sienke averaged 9.9 points per contest for the Mount, shooting 50.5-percent from the floor, to go along with 4.0 rebounds per outing. Millett was good 4.2 points per contest and led the Mount with 62 assists on the season.

Jameson Morton (Woodstock, N.Y.) is coming off a strong sophomore season that saw him play in 26 contests and average just over eight points per night, adding better than three rebounds per tilt and handing out 48 assists. Jovin Ramos (Secaucus, N.J.) appeared in 15 games as a junior while Isaiah Robinson (Garfield, N.J.) is back after missing the majority of last season to injury.

Nick Lucas (Sparta, N.J.) is back after shooting nearly 38-percent from long distance as a sophomore and shooting just shy of 45-percent from the floor overall, while Ryan Purcell (Middletown, N.J.) is coming off a rookie season that saw him appear in 17 contests.

The Knights will turn to a talented quartet of newcomers in the backcourt of immediate contributions in 2019-20. Joining the Knights as freshman are Miles Calame (Staten Island, N.Y.), Eli Campbell (Upper Marlboro, Md.), Matt Stewart (Jersey City, N.J.) and Chris Yearwood (Red Hook, N.Y.).

Front Court: Head Coach Ryan Kadlubowski will turn to a trio of returners for impact as the 2019-20 season gets underway. Junior Ethan Fox (Wallingford, Conn.) started all 26 games as a sophomore and averaged 7.0 points per contest. Fox led the team with 6.5 rebounds per tilt and blocked a team-high 30 shots.

Classmate Dominic Arcodia (Valley Stream, N.Y.) returns for his third season as a Knight after appearing in 26 contests as a sophomore and hauling in 2.3 rebounds per game, while sophomore Zack Swaby (New Windsor, N.Y.) appeared in 10 games as a freshman and shot 71.4-percent from the free-throw line.

Freshman Dan Williams (Sleepy Hollow, N.Y.) is the lone newcomer among the position group and looks to step into the rotation in his first season with the Knights.

Head Coach: Kadlubowski will man the sideline for the Knights in his 11th season at the helm. He has led the Mount into the Skyline Conference Championship Tournament six times and holds a 147-118 career record with the Knights.
