Newburgh, N.Y. - The Mount Saint Mary College Women's Volleyball team heads north to take on Union and St. John Fisher in a tri-match hosted by Union on Saturday afternoon. First serve with the Dutchmen is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. and first serve with the Cardinals will occur 40 minutes following the conclusion of the first match.

Grace Riddle (Wantagh, N.Y.) begins the week as the team's leader in kills with 173 and service aces with 40 and ranks second on the squad in digs with 158 and total blocks with 20. Riddle has reached double-figures in kills seven times, including a career-high 24 on Tuesday against Delhi, and is averaging 2.84 winners per set for the Knights.

Morgan Burke (Ringwood, N.J.) continues to lead the way for the Mount in total blocks with 40 on the season and enters the week second on the team with 101 kills. Burke currently sits fourth on the squad with 18 service aces.

Fran Cammarata (Carmel, N.Y.) holds the team lead in assists with 223, while senior
Emily Mazzurco (Middletown, N.Y.) has handed out 187 helpers to go along with 16 service aces for the Knights.

Sophomore
Alyssa Barbara (Islip Terrace, N.Y.) anchors the back row for the Knights with 235 digs, averaging 4.20 per frame, and is contributing 28 assists and 25 service aces.
Last Time Out: The Mount suffered an 18-25, 15-25, 15-25 loss to preseason favorite USMMA on Tuesday evening. Riddle continued the strong start to her career with eight kills for the Mount.
Riddle rounded out the night for the Mount with eight kills in 26 attempts, concluding the night with a pair of service aces, five digs and a block. Burke produced four kills for the Knights in 12 swings.

Renee Hydo (Bethpage, N.Y.) recorded a strong night for the Mount with five kills, hitting .286, to go along with a team-high 11 digs and a service ace. Mazzurco handed out a team-high 10 assists with Barbara closing the night with seven digs for the Mount.
Previewing Union: The Dutchmen are 7-8 overall this season and 0-3 in the Liberty League after dropping a five set decision to Skidmore on Wednesday.
Gillian Gore leads Union in kills with 188 as Lara Ataley is second in kills with 137 this season. Sage Shimamoto is the leader in assists with 253, Maegan Teets is second with 131 and Haley Kresch is third with 124.
Gore also leads in service aces with 35 as well as digs with 193. Kaylee Velasquez is second in digs with 168 while Jessica Siragusa is third with 135. Stephanie Libonati is the blocks leader with 28 while Katie Moss is next with 23.
Scouting St. John Fisher: The Cardinals enter Saturday's contest at 12-5 overall and 3-0 in the Empire 8. They will take on Medaille on Friday before playing the Mount on Saturday. St. John Fisher has won nine consecutive matches heading into Friday and has only dropped two sets in those matches.
Alea Steigerwald leads the Cardinals in kills with 253 with Lauren Gilbert sitting in second with 159. Rebecca Hay is the lead setter for St. John Fisher as she has tallied 512 assists on the year. Alexis Mancha leads in service aces with 37 while Steigerwald is second with 32.
Mancha also leads in digs with 224 while Steigerwald has tallied 177 digs on the year. Emily Risch has the team lead in blocks with 22 and is one of six players with double digit blocks this season.
What's Next: The Knights return to action at home on Monday evening when Skyline foe Farmingdale State comes to Newburgh. First serve with the Rams at the Kaplan Center is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
