Newburgh, N.Y. – The Mount Saint Mary College Men's Basketball team continues its Skyline slate on Saturday, playing host to the College of Mount Saint Vincent before traveling to Purchase on Thursday evening. The Knights and Dolphins will square-off at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday with Thursday's contest with the Panthers set for 8:00 p.m.
MSMC At A Glance: The Knights are coming off a 71-50 home victory against St. Joseph's-L.I. on Tuesday to stop a short two-game skid. The Mount is undefeated at 7-0 at home and enters the Saturday contest at 10-6 (7-4 Skyline).
The Mount features a pair of players averaging in doubles-figures in scoring with junior
Kendall Francis (Great Neck, N.Y.) leading the way with 20.0 points per outing. Francis, who ranks third in the conference in scoring, is shooting 43.1-percent from the floor overall and 38.7-percent from three-point range. Francis is also good for just over four rebounds per outing and is tied for second in assists with
Connor Bacci (Bayside, N.Y.) with 41.
Sophomore
Paul Sienke (Washington, D.C.) is averaging 10.7 points per game, while
Jameson Morton (Woodstock, N.Y.) is coming off the bench to average 9.0 points per game for the Knights. Sienke is shooting 54.2-percent from the field and is hauling in 4.3rebounds per game, while Morton is converting at 44.5-percent and is shooting 74.4-percent from the free-throw line.
Tristan Millett (Allentown, N.Y.) is the leader in assists with 43 on the season with Bacci also being second on the team in rebounding average, while
Ethan Fox (Wallingford, Conn.) leads the team on the glass with just over six caroms per night and holds the team lead in blocked shots with 14.
As a unit, Mount Saint Mary is shooting 44.0-percent and 32.0-percent from three-point range. The Mount is getting outrebounded by just under three boards per game and paces the conference in scoring defense, allowing just 67.4 points per night.

Bacci matched his career-high with 17 points and led three players in double-figures including 7-for-12 from the floor and a perfect 2-for-2 from three-point range. He closed a double-double also matching his career-high in rebounds with 10 to go along with four assists and four steals.
Sienke chipped in 14 points for the Knights and four boards, while Francis contributed 11 points and four assists. Fox had a solid all-around night for the Mount, totaling eight points and matching the team-high in rebounds with 10.
Mount Saint Mary shot 46.8-percent from the floor in the contest and went 7-for-15 from three-point range. The Knights dominated inside with a 34-14 edge in paint points to go along with a 12-0 edge in transition points and a 28-11 advantage in points off of turnovers.
Scouting the Dolphins: Mount Saint Vincent stands at 5-11 overall and 4-7 in Skyline Conference play following an 83-80 loss to Purchase on Thursday. The Dolphins have dropped seven of their last eight outings with their lone victory coming against Maritime on January 10. In their last meeting, the Knights slipped past the Dolphins 59-55 on December 14
th in Riverdale.
The Dolphins have a trio of players scoring in double-figures on the season with Raiquis Harris leading the way with 15.8 points per game, Jason Barrera adding 13.4 points per outing and Kalos Evans chipping in 13.1 points per contest. Barrera also paces the team on the backboards with 7.6 rebounds per game.
Harris leads two players good for at least 2.0 assists per contest with 2.8 for the Dolphins and also leads in steals with 30. Vinny Tavella leads in blocked shots with 11.
Mount Saint Vincent is shooting 39.0-percent as a team and just 28.8-percent from three-point range. The Dolphins are tied for ninth in the conference in scoring defense, allowing 79.9 points per game and seventh in scoring offense with 71.8 points per contest.
Previewing the Panthers: Purchase stands at 8-7 overall on the season and 6-5 in league play following an 83-80 win over Mount Saint Vincent on Thursday night. The Panthers will travel to Sarah Lawrence on Saturday afternoon and non-conference foe Wesleyan before hosting the Knights on Thursday.
The Panthers have five players scoring in double-figures on the season, led by 17.5 per night from Elijah Lott, who shoots 47.7-percent from the floor and 30.8-percent from three-point range. Michael Soffer, Willie Britton, Maxx Miller and Jorge Perdomo each average over 10 points per contest with Perdomo shooting a team-high 40.3-percent from three.
Lott is also the leading rebounder with 8.1 per contest while he also leads in assists per contest with 4.5 and steals with 31 for the season. Mike Felix leads the team in blocks with 16 and Maxx Miller is next with 13.
The Panthers are shooting 45.6-percent as a team heading into the weekend and 33.5-percent from three-point range. Purchase is third in the conference in scoring offense with 82.2-points per game while being tied for ninth in the conference in scoring defense, allowing 79.9 points per outing.
