Newburgh, N.Y. – The Mount Saint Mary College Women's Tennis team opens a busy week of non-conference competition on Thursday when it plays host to York at 4:00 p.m. The Knights will then welcome New Rochelle to Newburgh on Saturday before traveling to the National Tennis Center to take on Berkeley on Sunday evening.
At A Glance: Mount Saint Mary enters Thursday's contest with the Cardinal at 0-3 overall and 0-2 in home matches. The Mount is coming off a 9-0 loss to Plattsburgh in its last outing and previously fell to league rival Yeshiva 9-0 and Western Connecticut 6-3.

Dorothy Tighe (Walden, N.Y.) have all picked up a singles win on the season for the Mount with the team in search of its first win in doubles play on the season.
Scouting York: The Cardinals come to town with an 0-2 record, dropping 9-0 decisions to both the College of Staten Island and St. Joseph's-L.I.
A Look A New Rochelle: New Rochelle enters today's match with Baruch at 0-2 and is coming off a 6-3 defeat at the hands of St. Joseph's-Brooklyn. Andrea Cochran and Elisha Lester won for the Blue Angels at third doubles, with Ja'Shay Davis and Tamia Lester posting second and fifth singles wins for New Rochelle.
Previewing Berkeley: The Knights open their 2017 season on Saturday against Farmingdale State before tussling with the Mount on Sunday. Berkeley finished the 2016 season at 0-5 overall.
What's Next: Following this week's three match stretch, the Mount returns to Skyline Conference action with a trip to Sarah Lawrence on September 27.
