After CCNY pushed in front 4-3 with three runs in the home half of the second the Knights regained the lead following a sacrifice fly from Kevin Colgan (Islip, N.Y.) and a double from Perry that pushed Terzulli home.

The Beavers answered again in the third to knot the score at 5-5, before the Knights forged back in front with a run in the top of the fourth. Jesse Matuza (Staten Island, N.Y.) singled home a run with two outs in the inning.

The Mount put the first two runners of the inning on and with two outs, Peter Knights (White Plains, N.Y.) singled to push home Tyler Swartz (Massapequa Park, N.Y.) and Kevin Edgar (Southampton, N.Y.).

The Beavers answered with two runs in the bottom of the fourth to move back in front and stretched their lead by two in the fifth and three in the sixth to complete the sweep. Jonathan Abreu struck with a two-run double in the fifth for CCNY.
