PATCHOGUE, N.Y. - Mount Saint Mary College claimed two of the three doubles points and went on to a 6-3 victory over St. Joseph's College in a key Skyline Conference match on Saturday afternoon. The Knights improve to 6-0 overall and to 2-0 inside the conference.

Jill Saydlowski (Milford, Conn.) paired for an 8-2 win at second doubles, while sophomore
Alissa Niad (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) and junior
Jillian Torre (Bohemia, N.Y.) squeaked out a 9-7 win at third doubles.
Senior
Gabriela Murphy-Goldberg (Newburgh, N.Y.) atoned for a first doubles loss with a 6-0, 6-1 win at the top of the singles lineup. Holbrook followed with a 6-3, 6-2 win at second singles and freshman
Ashlynne O'Brien (Washingtonville, N.Y.) came up with a 6-2, 6-0 win at third singles. Freshman
Breanna Scott (Highland Falls, N.Y.) provided the final point of the day for the Knights with a 7-5, 4-6, 1-0 (10-8) win at fifth singles.
The Knights will have the week off before traveling to Farmingdale State College for another Skyline match next Saturday. The start time is set for 1:00 p.m.
