BRONX, N.Y. - Led by a pair of goals from sophomore
Marissa Segreto (West Islip, N.Y.), Mount Saint Mary College cruised to a 6-0 victory over the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Skyline action Monday night. The Knights have now won six games in a row to move to 6-2 overall (2-0 Skyline).
Segreto closed out the first half with goals in the 40th minute and the 43rd minute, sending the Mount to the half with a 3-0 lead. Freshman
Shanice Robe (Valley Stream, N.Y.) opened the scoring with her 11th goal of the season just 2:01 into the contest. Robe's goal turned out to be the game-winner, her fifth of the season.

Brigit Burgio (Riverhead, N.Y.) headed home a cross from senior
Lindsey Oro (Holtsville, N.Y.) in the 49th minute to give the lead a 4-0 lead. Oro followed with a goal of her own in the 58th minute and junior
Tara McDermott (Tewksbury, N.J.) closed out the scoring with a tally in the 72nd minute.

Abigail McQuillen (Greenville, N.Y.) combined on the shuout for the Knights.
Mount Saint Mary will have just one day off before returning to action on Wednesday. The Knights head to Moravian College for a 4:15 p.m. start in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
