Mount Saint Mary College Athletics

Senior guard Stephen Steyer, hampered by an ankle injury for the latter part of the season, capped off his junior year with his best game of the season in the Knights' 78-73 victory over defending Skyline Conference champion Purchase College. He led the Knights with 18 points, 10 rebounds and six assists for his first double-double of the season and best all-around effort. He also scored nine points and dished out three assists in the Knights' 93-91 double-overtime loss to The Sage Colleges on Thursday. He led the Knights this season with 1.5 steals per game.
