Kyle Teixeira is entering his second year as the Director of Sports Information at Mount Saint Mary College.
In his first year with the Mount, Teixeira strengthened the Knights’ social media presence across all platforms, launching new TikTok and YouTube pages and revitalizing existing accounts. He also helped establish play-by-play broadcasts for all home game live streams, enhancing the overall viewer experience.
Teixeira currently oversees coverage for all 19 of the Knights’ NCAA Division III programs. Among his highlights, he covered the 2025 Skyline Conference Champion women’s basketball team and their run to the NCAA Tournament.
In addition to his communications duties, Teixeira serves on the Mount Saint Mary College Athletics Hall of Fame Committee, where he helped organize the 2025 Hall of Fame induction ceremony. He also coordinated the Knights End-of-Year Awards Ceremony, recognizing the achievements of student-athletes across all programs.
Before joining Mount Saint Mary, Teixeira gained valuable experience at Merrimack College as an Athletic Communications Graduate Assistant and at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he served as an Athletic Communications Assistant and Assistant Data/Video Analyst for the men’s ice hockey team during his senior year.
A native of Massachusetts, Teixeira earned his bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing from UMass Lowell in 2023 and his master's degree in Communication from Merrimack College in 2024.
