NEWBURGH, N.Y. — Men's Swimming picked up a win against York College yesterday afternoon as they closed out the regular season, ending with a score of 105-44.
Joseph Scarola kicked off the afternoon with a win in the 1,000-yard freestyle at a time of 13:16.93.
Marcus Innamorato swam to first in the 200-yard freestyle (2:10.08) and the 100-yard freestyle (58.83), before taking second in the 100-yard breaststroke at 1:19.58.
Michael D'Ambrosio took first in the 50-yard freestyle (25.29) and the 100-yard breaststroke (1:16.04) before a second-place swim in the 100-yard butterfly (1:06.92).
Kyle Giuliano swam to first in the 100-yard butterfly (1:05.40) and the 100-yard backstroke (1:08.95).
Ethan Taranto was first in the 500-yard freestyle, coming in at 5:55.17.
Paul D'Ambrosio finished second in the 50-yard freestyle (25.71) and the 100-yard backstroke (1:19.13) and the 500-yard freestyle (6:56.16).
Coming up, Men's Swimming will head to SUNY Purchase on Jan. 24 for day one of the Skyline Conference Championship Meet.
