Newburgh, N.Y. – The Mount Saint Mary College Men's Tennis team continues the 2022 season this week with a pair of Skyline Conference matches. The Knights will now travel to Farmingdale State on Wednesday, following the postponement of the match on Tuesday, before hosting St. Joseph's-L.I. Saturday afternoon.
At A Glance: Mount Saint Mary is in search of its first win of the campaign and stands at 0-4 overall on the season and 0-2 in Skyline Conference matches. The Knights were last in action on April 13, suffering a 9-0 loss to the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
A Look At Farmingdale State: The Rams enter Wednesday's contest with a 4-5 overall record, including a 3-2 mark against conference rivals. Farmingdale State has dropped two of its last three matches, with a 9-0 sweep of Sarah Lawrence stopping a two match skid on Saturday.
Scouting St. Joseph's-L.I.: The Golden Eagles enter a non-conference match with Baruch on Thursday with a 1-7 overall record and an 0-4 mark in league play. St. Joseph's picked up first win of the season on Saturday, a 5-4 win over Pratt, and most recently suffered a 5-4 Skyline Conference loss to Purchase on Monday.
What's Next: Mount Saint Mary closes out the regular season next with a non-conference road match at Ramapo on April 26 and with league contests against Yeshiva on April 28 and at Purchase on April 30.
