Mahwah, N.J. – The Mount Saint Mary College Men's Tennis team returned to action during the 2017 Fall season on Wednesday with an 8-1 road loss at Ramapo. Freshman
Jaden Tiriolo (Cheshire, Conn.) picked up the Mount's lone win of the night.
Playing in his second career match, Tiriolo collected his second career win on Wednesday at third singles. Tiriolo moved to 2-0 on the season with a hard fought 6-2, 7-6 win for the Knights. Senior
Matt Anastasi (Salisbury Hills, N.Y.) dropped a tough singles decision, falling 3-6, 5-7 at the top flight.
At 1-1 overall on the season, Mount Saint Mary is back in action on October 12 when it plays host to Sage. Match time with the Gators is scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
