Newburgh, N.Y. – The Mount Saint Mary College Women's Swimming team earned its seventh straight win on Saturday with a 160-45 non-conference win over Cazenovia. Kyra McNamee (Yonkers, N.Y.), Harley Illingworth (Northfield, N.J.) and Regina Zeoli (Washingtonville, N.Y.) each won a pair of events for the Knights.
 
McNamee finished as the winner in both the 1,000-yard freestyle and the 100-yard freestyle on Saturday. Her distance win came in a time of 11:48.18 before her 100-yard victory came in a time of 58.24. The Knights took the top three positions in the 100-yard race with Allison Scicucco (Middletown, N.Y.) and Marissa Catania (Rocky Hill, Conn.) taking second and third, respectively.
 
Illingworth picked up wins for the Knights on Saturday in the 100-yard individual medley and later in the 500-yard freestyle. Her IM win was in 1:05.63 before her freestyle victory came in a time of 5:43.70 for the Knights.
 
Zeoli posted wins on Saturday in the 50-yard freestyle and then later in the 100-yard butterfly. The freestyle win cane in 28.35 seconds before she topped the field in the butterfly race in a time of 1:07.07.
 
Jessica Daigle (Trumbull, Conn.) posted a victory for the Mount in the 200-yard freestyle on Saturday, while Rachael Stone (Wallingford, Conn.) won the 100-yard backstroke. Danielle Hughes (Oakville, Conn.) took first place in the 100-yard breaststroke and also placed second in the 100-yard individual medley.
 
In the relay events, the Mount took the top spot in both the 200-yard medley race and the 200-yard freestyle event. To open the meet, the team of Stone, Catania, Zeoli and Sciucco won the medley event in 2:02.47 before the team of Illingworth, Daigle, Lauren Schroeder (Wantagh, N.Y.) and McNamee won the freestyle race in 1:51.10.
 
Saturday's win pushes Mount Saint Mary to 9-3 overall on the season. The Knights will be off until January 13 when they travel to Montclair State.
