Christopher Christiano opened the Indoor Track and Field season in strong fashion on Saturday, breaking the 1,000-meter school record at the Crowell Open hosted by Army West Point. Christiano posted a time of 2:43.89, breaking the previous mark of 2:44.93 set back on February 18, 2017.
