Mount Saint Mary College Athletics

Junior Bridget Bennett helped the Mount to a 3-1 record against Skyline Conference opponents last week with a 3-0 record in the circle with a 1.45 ERA, 19 strikeouts and a .181 opponent's batting average in 19.1 innings pitched. Bennett worked a complete game shutout in a game one win at Purchase on Friday and earned the win in relief in game two against the Panthers. She scored her third win of the weekend in a 5-3 in a game one win over Mount Saint Vincent on Saturday and came on to recorded five outs in relief in game two, recording her final two strikeouts of the week.
