Mount Saint Mary College senior Michael Redmond (Stone Ridge, N.Y.) pitched seven strong innings as the Blue Knights defeated the Stevens Institute of Technology in their season opener, 2-1.  Redmond allowed just three hits over the course of seven innings and struck out five while walking just one.
