Freshman midfielder Dylan De Meo became the highest scoring freshman in Mount Saint Mary men's lacrosse history this past week, as the Knights went 1-1 in a pair of Skyline Conference matchups. De Meo now has 26 goals and 17 assists on the season for a total of 43 points, surpassing Jake Robison's mark of 40 points back in 2012.

De Meo totaled 12 points this week on nine goals and three assists. He scored twice to both tie the game and give the Knights their first lead in Wednesday's 12-11 victory over Maritime College as part of a four-goal, two assist evening. He scored five goals and dished out an assist in Saturday's loss at Farmingdale State College.

The Knights will play their fourth straight Skyline Conference matchup on Tuesday, April 21, as they host the College of Mount Saint Vincent at Kaplan Field. It will also be Senior Day for the Knights, as they will honor their graduating players prior to the game. Tuesday's opening face-off is set for 6 p.m
