Mount Saint Mary College Athletics

Freshman guard/forward Gerard Nocera had a nice showing in his first weekend as a Knight. He averaged 14.0 points and 3.0 rebounds per game in an 0-2 weekend out in Tacoma, Wash. He scored nine points in his collegiate debut against the University of Puget Sound on Friday. He broke out with 19 points, four boards and two steals in Saturday's loss to Pacific Lutheran University. He averaged 34.5 minutes per game in his first two games at Mount Saint Mary, locking him into the starting lineup.

The Knights will nex play SUNY New Paltz at the Hawk Center on Tuesday, Nov. 25. Tip-off is scheduled for 5 p.m.
