Mount Saint Mary College Athletics

Sophomore outside hitter Rachel Sabatini hit .229 and threw down 36 kills in a 1-2 week for the Knights. She picked up 16 kills with a .448 hitting percentage in just three sets in the Knights' victory over Brooklyn College on Saturday. She added another 17 in Saturday's 3-2 loss to William Paterson University. In addition, she picked up 16 digs against William Paterson to add to her impressive day and had 26 digs across the three matches.

The Knights next play on Tuesday, Oct. 7, when they travel to Brooklyn, N.Y. for a non-conference match at Medgar Evers College. The match is set to begin at 7 p.m.
