Mount Saint Mary College Athletics

Kayla Kurka was named the Oneonta Invitational Tournament MVP and was picked for the All-Tournament Team after an impressive four matches over the weekend in which the Knights went 2-2. Kurka picked up 45 kills across 15 sets and hit at a .219 clip. She recorded 15 kills in a four-set match against Hartwick College on Saturday. She hit .407 with 13 kills in a 3-0 victory over Curry College.

The women's volleyball team returns to action on Wednesday, Sept. 3, when they host Ramapo College at the Kaplan Center at 7 p.m.
